  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
  •  The item(s) that smell like smoke, body odor or have stains or animal/human hair on them.

Returns/Refunds based on the Wrong Size
As all orders are hand-knitted and made-to-order specifically for you, we may refuse to accept return for wrong size (as we provide a comprehensive sizing guide). Please measure yourself prior to purchase as we provide accurate measurements within the 'Size Chart' info. Each Request for Refund/Return will be reviewed on an individual basis!

2. In all cases, return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Do not dispatch the item without approval email from our Customer Service. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us, it is better to use a postal service who will provide a tracking number, so we can track the package.
